A former Minister of Aviation Chief Femi Fani-Kayode who is currently in custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is to be arraigned in Abuja on November 10, Channels Television reports.
A source within the anti-graft agency, said Fani-Kayode will be arraigned on fresh charges bordering on criminal diversion of funds.
Fani-Kayode was rearrested by the Commission on Friday, and has since been in detention.
