Olamide charges millions of naira for a collaboration, Wizkid says his price tag is N10 million, but Chocolate City rapper, Ice Prince claims to do it pro bono.
Ice Prince Zamani has revealed to the world that he doesn’t charge a kobo to feature on fellow artiste’s songs, saying that as long as the song is “good”, he will readily jump on it.
On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, the ‘Aboki’ singer engaged his fans on Twitter in an hour-long chat session, during which he frankly divulged some personal details.
When a fan queried: “Do you charge upcoming artistes for a feature?”, Ice Prince replied, saying “No”.
Another fan asked: “How much does a collabo with you cost?”, the rapper retorted: “Nothing but a good song”.
His record label would also send out a tweet to back the artiste’s claim, writing: “Did you hear that? It costs nothing but a good song to get a collaboration with Ice Prince.”
Hopefully, Ice Prince’s ‘no charging’ claims applies to upcoming artistes….
