Without being able to determine his identity he has been unable to obtain a social security number, and therefore unable to open a bank account or have a credit card.
Earlier this year artist Miguel Endara caught a screening of a short film called Finding Benjaman at the Tribeca Film Festival and decided to try and raise awareness of Kyle’s plight.
